Last Saturday On 12th Of July,Jeff When For His 1st Fight,It Was Carnage I Tell U Even Before He Started Fighting...The 1st Fight Was Like An Introduction Of SenShou Or Commonly Known As Sanda It Was So Different From Was I Used To In Muay Thai ...Its Like We Are In An Action Movie Sia..Bodies Were Flying Every Where(WEEEEEE!!!!)Haha...So When His Turn Is Up,We Were Anxious To Him In Action But Nothing Can Prepare Us For What We Are About To See...BLOOD WAS FLYING OUT HIS NOSE(EEEEEEWWWW GROSSS) HAHA...So This Is Wat Happen When U Get Alot Of In The Head.......

Another Monday!!!!.......Another 3 Hours Of Intensive Work Out To Prepare Ourself To Be In The Ring.....Its No Fun Doing PadWorks Or Sparring Session But In Order To Be The Best U Got To Give It All And Yet I Still Have Time To Slack When My Sifu Is Not Looking Blueks...Haha..Then This Thai Fighter Came And Say To Me Train Hard But Fight Smart So I Like DUh!!!haha But Sanghai Is A Nice Lad And Cool 2....So From Dat Day On I Sweat MySelf To Be Like My Role Model Sanghai.....His Kicks Are Scary sia Not Like Me LiKe Gal HAHAHAHAH
